I want to thank Chris and his crew at CJS Exteriors for the fantastic job they did on our roofIt was a complete tear off and re-roof on Wednesday 8/30/I work grave yards and am a day sleeper so I requested that the job be done on a day I was away from home and Chris was very accommodating! I am years old and it was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor! When the wife and I pulled in our driveway on Thursday the next day there was no sign of Chris and his team, no trash, no debris, driveway and yard as clean as when we left, and our old worn out roof was replaced by a brand new beautiful Owens-Corning roofThank you Chris (and Crew)

I was referred to CJS by my insurance agent Based on that referral, I had them re-roof a house where I'm the caretaker They repaired the chimney for us, when they saw that it needed the work Then I referred CJS to my neighbor whose chimney needed replacement, but they were having trouble finding someone to do it because of the very steep roof CJS came in and gave a quote that was thousands of dollars less than the competitors After that I decided to have MY roof done We were all in for a surprise to find out there were roofs on my house, not just the we all thought The 3rd roof was slate, so it was original to this century house Took longer to tear off, and the crew was really tired after all the work BUT THE JOB WAS DONE IN A DAY And because they didn't see the 3rd roof when they gave the original estimate, they honored the price they gave How's that for a GOOD DEAL? They cleaned up the area, finished in a day and did an excellent job I would recommend them to anyone Very professional work, and they don't require payment until the job is done

Review: [redacted],representing as a manager of TheWorldWideTravel.com Travel agency, contacted me with a quotation for air flight tickets as on June 10th. 2015. He

quoted me $1077 for [redacted] for my travel in December 2015 and then we spoke on phone 4-5 times on different days and times. He lastly quoted me for [redacted] at $1025 and

took my full name and DOB to book flights. I provided my uncle's credit card and they finally charged $1034.10 on his VISA.

On Monday June 22nd, 2015, I requested [redacted] to confirm the status and the E-ticket number that was suppose to be send immediately after Saturday. [redacted] told me it

will be send EOD Monday, June 22nd. I waited till Thursday and then send out another email to check on status. No one replied to my emails nor did anyone called.

One June 26th, I emailed [redacted] and called him at 302-394-0043 for more then 10 times. I was put on hold twice and then disconnected.

[redacted] then emailed me saying the transaction fee of $10.00 was processed and that tickets will be issued on morning of Saturday June 27th.

Today as on 6/27/15, I have nor received any tickets nor a refund on my uncle's credit card.

I am reporting TheWorldWideTravel.com travel agency, that has a physical address and Website listed, is a scam, that collects money pretending as travel agent. They

only go by VISA or Mastercard saying they can provide airtickets in discounted price. They have a merchant name SMART AIT TRIP that collects money posing as

payment department and this name also appears on credit card billing statement. Any person representing as a employee of TheWorldWideTravel.com is a fraud. I am

requesting an investigation be carried on this travel agency and their licence must be revoked for scamming people.

And we will be sending you your ticket by Monday Morning Positively.

I am the Manager on the floor.We are issuing your ticket today.This was delayed on Saturday due to the Airlines.They was confused about the 2 booking.Now they are

clear about the charges and they are going to issue the E Ticket No.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: A full investigation on this business, refund of $1034.10 on credit card. This business should be charged of scamming, lying on email and phones about issuing air tickets in discounted price. The Merchant Smart Air Trip must be charged of the same and licenses should be revoked.

Review: The company against whom I am lodging the complaint advertise as travel agency and they do have a website, with business registered in Wilmington, Delaware. They charged us for two tickets to India, took a copy of passport and never sent the confirmed tickets. Repeated emails in vain. When you call, they have the audacity to stop talking and just hold the line, while I could still hear people talking at the back. They don't even have an office in Delaware. These are people sitting in India, having virtual office in the United States. When you make a purchase they hold the tickets, send you that information and ask for credit card details. Once you pay the money, they say, you will shortly receive your confirmed tickets. And that never happens. They don't answer emails or calls. Being an Indian, I feel ashamed of such people. The money has been transferred to company name, Smart trip tour and travel Delhi, India.I am not sure if someone else has filed complaint against this company. But I want to do all that I can to stop them from cheating people. I hope this raises red flag against this company.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want them to stop doing business and cheating people.
