We will not be refunding the cancellation fee for this event as our Event Management team attempted to work with her and provide her with more accurate estimate based on her exact needs but she said it wasn’t about the money and had already decided that she did not want to host her event here. I am rejecting this response because:we have contacted the worthington(Lauren Kincaid) in regards to the cancellation and let them know that the reason was because of the lack of organization and communication. [redacted] has not contacted us and at this point don’t see that contacting them will get us any further in the process as she has already ran my credit card for the full cancellation fees Instead of working with us at all. I am now seeking reimbursement for the cancellation fees and they can keep the deposit to make it fair on both ends.
