Absolutely amazing attorney. He knows the ins and outs of the law and will have your charges lessened or even dismissed. Better than any other attorney or public defender out there. Better than lawyers in the movies. I can't believe how great a man my public defender came to be and how he went through so much to make sure my faulty charge which with just ANY OTHER attorney would have been found guilty of- he did the research and with his professionalism and attitude got it dropped.

Tim and the staff were wonderful! Very compassionate, professional,friendly, ethical and very knowledgeable about ALL of the legal aspects of my accident case. They also understood my frustration with my insurance companies lack of interest. I myself have worked for attorneys for over a decade in different fields and have never encountered an attorney as dedicated to a case as Tim. Also a word to the wise, do not try to deal directly with the insurance company no matter how good or how nice they are, They told me all you need to do is send your receipts for your copay's while you are being treated. They then refused saying they needed a full medical record release given to them before they would even cover the out of pocket expenses. (trying to find preexisting medical issues) before I was even done with my medical treatment from the accident. If you have had an accident and you were injured, Call Tim BEFORE giving information to the insurance company.
