We received order # [redacted] from Mr [redacted] on 2/14/2018.His order was processed and shipped on 2/15/2018, tracking # [redacted] The customer called us on 2/23/2018, reporting that he tracked the package and it has been reported damagedOur customer service immediately tracked the package, confirmed that it had been damaged in shipping by ***, and entered a replacement order for the item to be re-shipped to the customer at no charge.An order confirmation was emailed to the customer 2/23/In reviewing the [redacted] tracking information from 2/21: "Damage to package contents was reportedWe will notify the sender/ We're investigating the damage claim." [redacted] has NOT notified us that the package was damagedThey are still investigating the claim [redacted] sends notifications by mail of damaged packagesAs of today, we have not received any notification.However, we choose to provide great customer service by immediately shipping the customer a replacementThe new tracking number for the replacement order that was shipped Monday 2/is [redacted] .I am sorry to hear that the customer reports "I have lost all faith that they will send it or what kind of shape the one they send will be in ."We processed and fulfilled his original order promptly, and immediately responded appropriately when he reported a problem.We will not be able to refund the customer since a replacement at no charge has been sent to the customer.Thank you for this opportunity to respond to this customer's complaint[redacted] The Wright Stuff
