The Write Resume

Upon a referral, I retained the services of this company on or about 2/26/for a total of $ This transaction was done over the phone and I did not receive a receipt or any information regarding payment policies After deciding to move in a different career direction, and after not providing the company with any input for a new resume, I requested my money back on 06/22/ On 07/01/16, I received a response stating that there were no refunds, "however, I will figure out how much time I have spent and refund the rest to you..." I have this in writing I have sent e-mails and left phone messages for the owner, but as of today, I have not received any response to my refund request I am troubled to see that the other complaints to the Revdex.com are similar to my complaint

I had my drain field repaired by [redacted] and his crew did an outstanding job with identifying my problem and taking the appropriate action to fix my problem. [redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable about septic systems and had all the right tools to do the job. I would highly recommend [redacted] to work on any septic problem either repair or replace the system, all at affordable prices.

This customer has been provided a full refund through [redacted]. I was in the hospital having emergency surgery and could not communicate with her during that time. I reached out to her when I was out of the hospital and she never returned my email correspondence.
