Having bed bugs is the thing nightmares are made of. Mike [redacted], lead technician is excellent. Very patient and quick to respond to all questions. Kevin, the technician that came to my home, was great. Well informed and very thorough. Their expertise was very much appreciated. I am now rid of my bugs and have taken the recommended precautions to prevent future problems.
