The Yard Stylist completed a total remodel of our backyard and did a wonderful job! They installed 1,square feet of travertine, a pergola, stone fire pit and sitting wall as well as trellis, plants and rockWe stayed on schedule, on budget and they were extremely flexible throughout the project which was very much appreciated

I was referred to [redacted] through a patient. I had him come do an estimate for me. I couldn't afford to do everything I wanted so he agreed to just do parts. As we proceeded, it took much longer than he originally estimated. That I expected. What I didn't expect was the continued added costs. Replacing my brand new timer because we needed more valves, adding in more piping. Things that you would expect to know upfront if the person was competent. The job was finished and I was pleased with the initial result. The problem began soon after. Leaks, plants dummying, my water bill tripled. I let Jaime know of the situation and the first time something happened he did fix it after I repeatedly reminded him. He would say he would come by and never show. The times I contacted after he just kept telling me to adjust my water times. I assumed he would know the water times and set it accordingly. I have struggled to get my yard watered without it leaking out my walls and in to the neighbors yard or out in the street. Finally, I noticed my side yard was turning in to a mud bog. At first I thought it was the rain but the rest of my yard dried out. Finally after contacting him twice, he told he was going to charge me. I figured that 6 months after install I would still be covered. I went out to find the issue myself and found that a pipe he installed was leaking water...a ton of water. It was simply a lack of proper glue amount. I told him the taste, he then proceeded to tell me how he couldn't guarantee that it was his fault since I had had some people come and move rock on that side of the house. This area had been covered and he was actually there when the rock was moved. None of the rock was close to the valves. There is absolutely no service with this company and the work is less than steller. I can see he has had previous issues with customers before and I wish I had checked with the Revdex.com before my install.
