Yes , Thank You for this opportunity to respond to this complaintOn 8/27/I was contacted by [redacted] to do some work in you yardAfter talking to [redacted] we agreed to work together to Install a water feature in her back yard and to install plants in her back yard and front yard and plants around her existing patioWe were to trim trees as needed and move her existing line of mortared limestone border out to enlarge the back landscape bed.We do a walkthrough design meeting before we start making sure the customer and I are on the same page about work to be completed for the money agreed upon As [redacted] and I walked around the yard I suggested the small area around the new water feature would look nice if it had flagstone installed on it Customer asked how much would that cost and I told her per square footShe said to go ahead and do it She also said that the large peach tree next to this area she didn't like and wanted it cut down and hauled offshe also said that she know that this process was not included in our agreement , but to go ahead and do it.I will address the complaint now The original contract was for $ The additional work she ordered was an additional $2219.12This total has been paid 10/24/ she also asked for some additional work to be done that she thought would have been included in the agreement and I agreed to this because we weren't done I explained I would come back with my guys on 10/28/and complete several things I sent my crew to complete the job today and I went to buy more plants etc Please understand this has been a very trying week for me and my family [redacted] This week while preparing [redacted] I have been trying to unscramble this issue with this customer As of today I had every expectation of 1-delivering a refund to this customer ( not getting paid for the tree removal I was asked to do) plus her receipt she asked for.2-fixing the water feature ( a rock or two had fallen down )3- bringing more red and purple plants for her front yard4-until I learned of this complaint I had two men starting to remove her line of rock to move it feet out.5-I had a mason coming to install this line of rock6- I was gong to call and pay for an electrician to fix her existing electrical box that did not work by the water feature.7- I would have taken my extinction cord off the water feature at that timewe use this to make sure that their are no leaks in the new feature and after the electrician did his job we could have just plugged it inTHE EXTINTION CORD IS ALWAYS USED TEMPARLY TO CH WATER FLOW AND LEAKS .) under no circumstance's will I pay a refund other than the one I mentioned above$Thank you [redacted] ***

Hello, I am very sorry this hast to go on and on FACTThe day we came to complete all the things that this customer requested ,we were not allowed on the propertyWe were told by a policeman that we were , not allow to enter this propertyMy whole intention as a good landscaper and a senior citizen is STILL to obtain permission to enter the property and to finish this jobIn recent emails a list of things to complete and a refund for work already agreed to and completed of is still my goalI'm not sure why this customer has turned against meWhile there, we were treated well and she liked the workI stand ready to complete this job as agreed and refund

I am rejecting this response because:*** *** is not telling the truthHe received an email from the Revdex.com about not finishing the work and then he called my assistant *** and told her he was not finishing anymore work because we complained to the Revdex.comSeveral witnesses heard this phone call and can verify what he said FactThen, he sent one guy from his crew here to steal property that belonged to me and the guy he sent was caught by the police officer who happened to be here assessing the damage to my yardThe officer told the Hispanic man not to come back here to steal property for *** *** *** was not here and I have a police report stating this*** *** has been completely deceptive and dishonest and now *** *** will be taken to court unless he refunds the entire amount of money he took from me.

She said to go ahead and do it.  She also said that the large peach tree next to this area she didn't like and wanted it cut down and hauled off. she also said that she know that this process was not included in our agreement , but to go ahead and do it.I will address the complaint now.  The original contract was for $ 6495.00  The additional work she ordered was an additional $2219.12This total has been paid.  10/24/14  she also asked for some additional work to be done that she thought would have been included in the agreement and I agreed to this .  because we weren't done . Hello, i am very sorry this hast to go on and on.  FACT. The day we came to complete all the things that this customer requested ,we were not allowed on the property.
