At this time, I have been contacted directly by Clothingmonster.com regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[I received the t-shirt after approximately 4 wks and I had ordered a size that was too small.  I contacted them about a return and...

was given directions for how to return it.  The company requires that it be received before 125 days.  Since the company is in the Ukraine, cost of postage was prohibitive, costing much more than the t-shirt itself, and my confidence that I would receive an exchange was low.  I now have a t-shirt that I am not able to wear and I am out $30.  If I had realized this company was located in the Ukraine I would not have ordered from them, thinking that the company was a scam.  Indeed, this is somewhat the truth since exchanges/returns are not realistically possible because if something needs to be returned, the customer needs to pay much, much more ($30 - $100) than the $7 they claim on their website. While attempting to return it, the [redacted] and mail store staff told me they frequently see this situation (customers unable or unwilling to pay exorbitant return shipping fees) because this is an offshore company.  The company never returned my phone calls, communicating only by automatic email. 
Thank you for investigating this situation for me.  I wish there were safeguards against companies who use the USA as a "storefront" for offshore businesses with questionable business practices.  I consider myself fairly sophisticated about using the internet but got caught in this situation. [redacted]

Revdex.com:At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Clothingmonster.com has been resolved because I chose not to pay an exorbitant international return postage.  I have lost $30 to this sham of a company. It gives no indication it is an overseas company until it is too late.  Buyer beware!
