on past orders Mr*** was emailed on the 28th explaining why the order was cancelled
Mr*** also states that he was not refunded, the order was cancelled and therefor did not charge

I have been trying to reach the company regarding this, my emails are still being unreturned, and my phone calls are being refused. I was told via email that I could order via money order when this originally started. I have asked at least a dozen times for the details and information regarding the fraud. Ordered online with company only to find out that they have no record of my order number even though I received an confirmation email and my order is in my history. My CC was not charged. I tried to reorder over the phone but they would not honor my free shipping code because it had 'expired'. They had me send an email to one of their employees and to wait for their reply which has yet to happen, of course.
