I requested to terminate my membership due to more and more changes to polices of cancellation of a class, ***.
The Yoga Loft charges $69.99 A month for unlimited yoga classes. The Yoga Loft also charges $20 for any class missed and less than 1 hour notice given. They most recently changed this already ridiculous policy to being 3 hours notice or a $20 fee for any missed class would come into affect. ***

When I asked to terminate my membership. I was not notified at all that a fee of $74.75 would be coming out of my account. The Yoga Loft failed to mention any of this to me at all.
They should have asked more questions prior to going ahead with the payment that was wrongfully submitted. ***
I wrote the Yoga Loft about this and was told, Hey, this is our policy, that's too bad for you. Don't be upset with our policy. ***
The Yoga Loft failed to notify me that there were any closing Costs in closing my membership at all and they should have asked and or notified me off this charge First
A full refund of $74.75.
We here at The Yoga Loft strive to create an unparalleled experience for our valued clients. We are truly sorry that this extra charge happened and we worked hard to rectify the situation immediately. We also had a management meeting to take care of this computer error to make sure it never happens again. It was a true learning opportunity for us to take the steps necessary to resolve the issue at hand.
