I am rejecting this response because:Their response is completely inaccurate.  They did not try to fix the situation and I do deserve a full refund because they sold me a defective product.  The person who I talked to on the phone said there is different paint and different kind of material that cars are made out of.  That may be one of the craziest things I've ever heard.  This company sells a defective product and doesn't stand behind their product. The guy on the phone kept laughing as he responded.  Less than half of my money refunded isn't going to cut it.  I've talked to several other people who have magnets on their car and had no issues.  They even use them in the rain which I did NOT do.   They need to address their "magnets" and they need to take care of their customers.  I've spent over a thousand dollars in signs and other items with no issue.  This company does not care about me, the customer.  I tried to cancel my last order with no luck.  They said it had already shipped and couldn't stop it.  I've been done wrong and the company doesn't want to fix their problem.  It is disturbing a company doesn't care to fix their problems.  I will pursue all options until I get this fixed.

Customer was informed that the magnets are not guaranteed adhere to all vehicles, we cannot account for every situation or how they are being used in every environment or vehicle. refunded a portion of the magnets, Then customer called back after using magnets for a period of time,wanting a full refund due to rest of magnets falling off.  Customer was again informed that it was in terms and conditions and company policy about refunds to products.
