Review: To whom it May Concerns, I have purchased 20 classes from the ZspotBoston, the receipt nor the instrutor have told me about the fine print regarding classes were to expired within 6 months of purchased. Unfortunately, life gets hard, family health issues have taken time along with work, I couldnt make the classes that I purchased.As thing starting to take place with my mother's health issue and I am trying to use the 20 classes I have paid for, I was told I would need to buy classes, for my 20 unused classes have expired. The purchased was for $150. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We did make our best effort to communicate with the customer what our policies were for cancellations, transfers, and refunds, which are clearly stated on our website - http://www.thezspotboston .com/pricing.php and when members log in to their online accounts, they are able to view when their classes expire.

Ms. [redacted] had several conversations with us in the months of March, April and September in regards to classes and accessing her account (see email chain below). We were always very responsive to her questions and walked her through our online registration system that became active in March. It was only in October, when an automated email was sent to let her know her classes were going to expire (which again she had access to on our website and when logged in to her account) that Ms. [redacted] became irate and demanding through each of our correspondences. If perhaps she let us know of her situation months before we could have tried to help, but we are a business and our customers do understand the policy that we must stick to or everyone would be asking for extensions and refunds. We value all our customers and are saddened by the response of Ms. [redacted] whom did not seem to have any issues with the policy until this time.

We are sorry that Ms. [redacted] did not want to continue at The Z Spot due to some personal obligations. We understand completely and welcome her back when things get back on track. See attached correspondences for reference.

I have reviewed the response sub[redacted]ted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint.

This is false. I have attached my conversation with the owner of the Z-spot who told me that my credit has expired and there is nothing they can do about it. How can my credit expired when it was never used. Again, on the receipt online, this policy was never mentioned. If I cannot used the 20 classes I worked so hard to pay for, a credit should be given to me. With a sick mother who almost lost her life through a stroke in Florida( which I had to travel to), school and work, my time for the past few months were tight up and with good reasons. The owner wanted me to use 20 classes within in matter of two days, when I have a full time job to attend to. Is that even possible? I requested a refund because the owner have cheated me out of $150 and refused to let come to class.I requested then to have the 20 classes reinstated, I was told this cannot be done, thereby a refund is what should have been given to me.

Please read on my conversation with the Z-spot, this is by far the worse management/business policy. My mothers health is important to me, the fact that I paid for this service, it should not

have taken away from me without being used.

I will need a refund,

unfortunately, my mother has a stroke and I had to care for her. Which

means, my time were lacking, you can either refund me for the purchase or

unlocked the remaining classes. This is money that I do not have.
