Resolution: The customer will be refunded $70.00. A 10 class pass is a special rate of $10.00 per class that's why it is $100 for the package, otherwise the cost per...
class is a $15.00 drop in fee. The customer attended two classes at $15.00 a piece totaling $30.00. Zen will pay the remainder of $100.00 minus the two classes.
