gave me the last checkWe would have completed the job with another day and a half of labor, but she did not want to spend any more moneyWe have been in business for years and do very good quality workWe have been employed by very repubatle people in the community and have a very good reputationI know all of the repairs we done were done correct and in a professional mannerShe claims she bought all materialsThat is falseI showed her $worth of receipts, which I paid for on some of the materialsAlso, I had $dumpster feesThe $on plumbing she claims was all on kitchen sink was not just kitchen sinkWe tore out old shower and installed a new shower unitWe also had to re-plumb the water lines and put in complete new drain on it alsoI had days of labor for guys and day labor for guys, which the $leftover from the $minus the materials I broughtMrs*** received a real bargain for the amount of man hours involvedI do not know where she came up with the $145/hourShe was not charged anywhere close to that! Mrs*** never ever came to the job site during the work dayShe claims all my workers were not on the job everydayShe never came there, there was only day that only of us was thereAll other days we had men on the jobAs I stated before we do quality workWe done a very good job for her, she just didn't want to pay for the additional day and a half that it would have taken to complete the jobI feel that Mrs*** is trying to take advantageShe has made several accusationsJust like she said she brought all materials when I have receipts to prove I purchased some materials and I showed them to her! I also know all repairs we done were done correct and in a professional mannerWe just did not get the additional time to completely finish projectShe never contacted me and told me that she was unhappy with anything, she just told me she was putting things on hold til she came up with more moneyThe complaint which I received from the Revdex.com is the first time that I knew that she is not satisfiedI am very sorry that she is not satisfied, but we done her a very good job and at a very reasonable rate and the company did not make a profit on the job other than basically coming up with wages for the employeesI feel we went above and beyond doing the job in a professional and timely manner and at a way more than fair rateIf I was to refund any money at all we would go in the negative on the job, and I feel she received a very good deal for her money
