The Zoo Health Club

I went here for years, really enjoyed it..I began a martial arts program and cancelled my membership over a year ago, was assured twice my account was cancelled..then all of the sudden 2/28/19 they resume charges on a card they did not have authorization to use. When I brought it to the owners attention I was told his computer was down, he wasn’t aware of my cancellation though I spoke directly with Byron TWICE to confirm cancellation over a year ago, I do not get a return phone call until I publicly asked if people had similar stories and tagged the company in the post, 3 minutes later I’m getting a return call, turns out I am not the only one this has happened to. I’m very disappointed with the way this turned out especially because they could have kept up with these frivolous unauthorized charges had I not checked up on my banking.
