Review: I went to this broadway.com to purchase broadway tickets. The total was suppose to be $111. The next page stated that the system was down. At this time I wasn't sure if my transaction had went through but I definitely did not want to try again in fear that they may have charged me. I tried to call at this time to cancel my transaction but was told that the office was closed. I never received a confirmation letter, however, shortly after I received an email message from the company stating that my transaction would not be processed until Monday and that this message was not a confirmation as they were still looking for my tickets. At this time I contacted my bank as this company's interactions seemed strange. When I contacted the bank I found out that I had a pending charge of $141! I was upset because I was already charged (I was told in the email that I hadn't been yet), I was charged a completely different price that I was not made aware of and I was told a confirmation hadn't even been made yet! I have filed a dispute and fraudulent charge with my bank and have contacted the company. The company stated that they would cancelled my transaction and I am hoping that they will.Desired Settlement: No charge onto my account/full refund if I am charge ASAP

The fee charged on top of the ticket price us absurd. A markup of 35% preys on tourists who are unaware of actual pricing.

Review: [redacted] charges extremely high additional fees as part of the service it provides to purchase show tickets. This practice is deceptive. Once we realized we had been charged excessive fees, we attempted get a refund on the transaction. We were told that we could have a refund for the cost of the theater tickets but that [redacted] would be keeping all of the excessive fees. The fees charged were this: on Face Value of $398.00 for the theater tickets, [redacted], charged us $183.28 in added fees for e-tickets (a 45% mark up from the face value).Desired Settlement: 100% refund - including all of the high fees added on to the transaction. 100% refund would be

$581.28.
