Review: I entered this establishment at approximately 10:30 AM Thursday July [redacted] 2013 for breakfast. I was seated at a table and the waitress cameby with a menu. I ordered an egg white omelet with provolone cheese and green peppers, bacon, wheat toast, a small orange juice and a cup of coffee. They billed me extra for egg whites which I find odd however that was not the issue. When I received the check the amount was $18.00 or slightly more. I approached the supposed owner of the Diner after I reluctantly paid. He stated he didn't know why the waitress did that but stated I should have told her I wanted the food off the special breakfast menu. I said "what in the world are you talking about" I am a frequent customer to this establishment and have never had this happen to me before. He refused to refund me the difference of about $6.00. I live across the street this restaurant. I told "[redacted]" that I would report him to the Revdex.com and he said got right ahead. I stated "are you willing to forgo $6.00 for a good repeat customer and have me report you to the Revdex.com" He then went on to state sure go right ahead. Now I wouldn't usually report a business and it's owner for something like this but they took advntage of me for their wn gain and I would like for you to help me send this business a message that they should not be overcharging people.Thank you for your help in this matter.[redacted]Desired Settlement: This business should be communicated with about their unethical business practice and I expecft a refund of the difference of the check dropped off at the front desk of my building across the street with my name on it.
In regards to complaint ID [redacted], please be advised that the customer was properly charged based upon what he ordered. The customer is referring to being overcharged for his breakfast based on our breakfast special menu which did not have what he was ordering. His order contained items that were not part of any specials. He was charged a la carte pricing which was correct. Included are two copies of how his breakfast would have been charged and they are both reflecting the bill he received. One scenario does have a discrepancy of .48 cents and I would be willing to refund that amount. Please let me know.

I am not the sort of person that makes a habit of filing a complaint with the Revdex.com about my experiences with Companies or Restaurants etc. This particuolar experience was particularly upsetting to me. It was not necessarily about the difference between $7.00. It was the fact that the waitress and the principle owner of the establishment took advantage of a customer, me who frequented the restaurant almot once per week. Their business acumen and the horrible attitude defines who they are. I am not surprised that I have not been contacted after my response to their excuse. They know the actions are indefenceable.. I hope and wish you post my experience on your website so that others don't experience what I had to endure.
