Theatre South was contracted to produce my play and they have failed to do so. The theater representative was given money for the production which was to take place June 28, 2017 through June 30, 2017. I have called, emailed, and sent a certified letter to the business, but no one has contacted me since June 24, 2017.
Refund I would like return of the funds to myself and the additional investor who also gave money to *** Levern ***, the theater representative.

Theater South has began the process of rectifying the situation. I would like to know what the procedure is to remove/withdraw the complaint to reflect this?
