Review: I ordered a brake part for my car and need to return the old .part in order to receive a 60 dollar core charge that is due to me - I paid this charge as a security deposit. The company will not enable me to get any info on the web site an when I called a few days ago they said their computers were down and would return my call - no return call or email. Now there is no avenue by phone to contact any person about my problem.Desired Settlement: I would like my core charge refunded to me when I get the info in order to return the actual brake core itself.
Review: On March *, 2013 I purchased a distributor from The Auto Parts Shop. I received the part in March. I called in late March and asked if I wanted to return the part was I required to do so within a certain time frame. I was told no, even if I wanted to hang onto the part for 6 months I could. I returned the part to them in June and I have a signed delivery receipt dated 6/**/13. I called them on July [redacted] inquiring as to where my refund was and was told that they will send a check by the end of next week. When I did not receive it, I called again and was given the same answer. My wife called them on August **, 2013 and she was given the same answer before they hung up on her. When she called back they had put on their answering machine. She left a message requesting a call back but they never returned the call. She posted on their [redacted] the problem we were having and they never responded to that either.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my debit card of the amount I paid which was $231.20. They have had both the part and my money since June [redacted]. I do not want to accept anything less than this.
