It all boils down to communication!! I found this furniture store on offer up I was in the market for a new twin mattress at a descent not over priced amount. Which they showed on their offer so I contacted them got address and asked if they had twin available and they stated 'we just sold last one today will have more tomorrow? so I said ok and went next day to check out the mattress which there were none like they stated would be said would be following day and showed me a queen of same quality the twin mattresses were going to be. So now I'm under the understanding that it would be available for pickup the following day and I went ahead and made a down payment of half the full price, and would pay remainder the next day upon pickup of twin mattress. Now it is following day Around 10:30 am *** said they are out on pickup of mattresses and would call me as soon as they returned, 3:30/4 rolls around no call, I called *** said it would be 5pm before they returned and shortly after 4 I got a call back from *** and she says they were not able to make a pickup so it would be next day, another day As I patiently wait days go by a week goes by no call no message it was almost two weeks before the manager of the store finally answered and said Jan 2nd would be the day delivery's would be made to the store and I would receive my twin Matress via delivery thru them at no charge and only after I told them I feel as tho I should be compensated for this ridiculous unreliable customer service I mean they didn't even try to reach out at all to Communicate honestly the wait is not the issue at all the issue for me is the fact that today 1/7/2020 I again reached out and was told yes your mattress is here it will be delivered TODAY so I called throughout the day chkn on the status of delivery and also wanted to keep an open line of communication during delivery once on property to ensure my mattress was delivered to MY house not some random house also paid the balance in full I bet you can't guess '??
