telling exactly what is on the computer.However, I apologized that he had a misunderstanding and that I would like to try tokeep him happyI told him that if he were to purchase a copy of Microsoft Word or anyMicrosoft Office Edition, that included a DVD and product key, I would install itimmediately for him free of chargeHowever, I could only install it on the HP Desktop.The Dell laptop is too
