I order a Nikon Coolpix LDigital camera quoted for $ I received a call from [redacted] who said my credit card info was incomplete After I updated the info he told me they had a special on rechargeable batteries for $and a SD card for another $ I agreed to add those to my order but when was delivered I was charged $ I was charged an extra $

RUN....do not walk away from this company! They're both crooks and fools (which I prefer over smart crooks)Ordered camera...numerous calls on status....was told it shipped then follow up call now told it is on SIX week back order
I received order acknowledgements in a course of days
On today's status call the heavy foreign accent man said they *** NOT REFUND me
The dollar amount of $DID NOT appear on my VISA statement online so I cancelled the card todayMy guess is that these crooks are selling the credit card information to other crooks

My husband purchased a Canon EOS Rebel T3I, he thought he was getting the best price around from this company He wrote an e-mail to them asking about shipping and the guy from the store called him back He promised overnight delivery to be included in the package, to insure that it would be in hands the next day (Friday), in time for our anniversary It never arrived, my husband called that day and he promised he would have it, again, next day air (for Saturday delivery), saying the shipment was lost My husband said "Forgot it, just cancel the order.", but the guy persuaded him by throwing in an extra battery for the camera for the inconvenience The camera finally arrived on Monday; it was marked UPS Ground NOT next day air I opened it up and it was missing the original Canon battery, thank God he "threw" in an extra battery for no charge I charged the battery and guess what? That's right, the camera didn't work! The following day I called and I spoke with the same guy that my husband did He insured that it had to be the battery; I said I want a Canon battery to be shipped, not an off brand He promised to send two, since that was his deal to my husband Low and behold the batteries arrived the following day, only to find neither (after being charged) made the camera work
Every day I would call trying to get a RMA, only to find now that customer service was so busy, that I would either have to call back or have someone call me back Don't go for the later, because they never call back! It took a week worth of phone calls to finally get someone to say that they were mailing me a RMA and that I would have to return it to them signed Surprise, surprise, nothing arrived; it's now a week later! Today I called to let them know that I am still waiting, I was giving the run around be placed on and off of hold for minutes, until lastly a guy (who I believe I was speaking to each time, but he tries to pretend that he someone else) says: "Can I help you?" I asked, "Is this some kind of a joke?! I've been explaining my problem for the past 1/hour." The guy replied, "I know your problem, I will send you a RMA and you can sign it, return it, and will be charged a 15% restocking fee." I lost it, I literally went ballistic on him explaining how it was never shipped next day air, that it arrived missing a battery and the camera is broken He said that was there policy and that I'm lucky he's letting me return it after their 7-day return policy I continued to scream, shout and at this point yell obscenities, telling him that I've been calling everyday and that it was their fault that the camera was not returned as of yet I told him that I was returning the camera without a RMA and he told me that it better be returned by UPS to their NY address I said don't worry it will be He refused to give me his name I finally hung up after my minute call from *** I immediately called my credit card to file a dispute Then I went to UPS to send them back their camera I asked my credit card company what happens if they refuse it? They said the broken camera and credit will be mine

I ordered a camera from Digital pros on line and followed it up with customer service rep [redacted] followup [redacted] informed me that he camera warranty was not valid if I used the AA batteries that all of the Nikon Literature recommended. He wanted me to order special rechargeable batteries. I cancel my order. I then called Nikon and was informed that the warranty was valid if I used the AA batteries as recommended. I called back and to re-open my order and was told by [redacted] that he did not tell me anything of the kind, called me a liar and placed my name/email address on a blocking list. Totally void of any customer service or validity of what they are selling.

I order a Nikon Coolpix L830 Digital camera quoted for $144. I received a call from [redacted] who said my credit card info was incomplete. After I updated the info he told me they had a special on rechargeable batteries for $29.95 and a SD card for another $29.99. I
agreed to add those to my order but when was delivered I was charged $248.95. I was charged an extra $45.
