How do I appreciate [email protected] for helping me realize I was dealing with the wrong man I called my husband...sleeping with every woman he set his eyes on. Got Cyber Lord email address from a good friend of mine yesterday and today I'm very happy as you can see on my face...he helped me got into my husband Instagram and Whatsapp account without his notice till date I'm able to see all what is going on with his conversations really sad but thankful because I know the stupid man I've been married to for the past 13 years now.

Hello, My name is DanaI am the Manager here at TheDogTrainingSecret.com.I am sorry to hear that you have elected to file a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as dispute the charges, even though we have been in constant communication with you.As previously stated by Julie, our customer service
representative:It is very clearly stated on our sales page that the product purchased has an (eight) week money back guarantee, not days, as you've suggestedSince you purchased on 11/4/17, the guarantee period expired on 12/31/You neglected to contact us to request a refund until 1/4/As such, you are no longer eligible for a refund Here is a copy of our communication with you, to date: You know at my store we have a return policy however if someone hasn’t used a product and is unhappy we still refund the persons money A policy is in place for people trying to abuse the system and get something for nothing. I haven’t used your program nor will I.I would like to get in touch with a manger please. I would like an exception made because I wasn’t able to log in and when I finally did I wasn’t happy with the program Thank you, *** On Jan 6, 2018, at 5:PM, The Dog Training Secret wrote:Hello,Here are images from the sales page and order form, which clearly state our guarantee:" src="cid:ii_160ce187569ae1ac" alt="Inline image 3" class="Apple-web-attachment Apple-edge-to-edge-visual-media">" src="cid:ii_160ce1e632ceac8d" alt="Inline image 4" class="Apple-web-attachment Apple-edge-to-edge-visual-media" "margin: 0px -18.5px;">Between the two, the "Week Guarantee" is listedsixtimesI'm sorry if you missed thisHad you contacted us within that week time frame, I would have been more than happy to process a full and prompt refundHowever, beyond that generous time frame, my hands are tied. [redacted],Thank you for filing the Revdex.com complaint first thing this morning, without even giving us a chance to reply to your email or your messages. You called and emailed Sunday evening, and filed the complaint 15 hours later. While we do our best to respond as quick as humanly possible to our emails...

So I do apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused.Your charges have been refunded and subscriptions have been canceled. Please cancel the disputes, as we have canceled and refunded you, as per your request. No further charges nor shipments will occur.Have a wonderful day.Dana Manager

To Whom It May Concern,     Please find the attached email below.   I have decided to make an exception to the refund policy and have issued this customer a refund.   The customer has been informed as such.   Please update your records accordingly, as I could not submit another response to this complaint online.   Feel free to contact me should you require anything further.     Thank you in advance,   Dana Manager TheDogTrainingSecret.com

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: it’s past by four days then? yes [redacted] would give a refund with a receipt. [redacted] would with receipt. If I’m dissatisfied with the program and haven’t used it I should get a refund.  Every company grants exceptions.  If I used the entire program and then wanted a refund I could understand that however this isn’t the case.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Review: I attended a webinar regarding dog training on 3/8/13. I decided to order the download version of the training program, and entered my CC info with a credit card ending in [redacted]. I tried to enter this information several times, but I got an error message indicating that my payment could not be processed. I then used another card (ending w/ [redacted]) and ordered the hardcopy version of the program (for $69.95), and the transaction went through.I received the hardcopy version of the program and returned it to sender when I saw that my original CC ([redacted]) had been charged for $37.77 (cost of the download version). On 4/1/13, I noticed two more charges from thedogtrainingsecret.com on my initial credit card ([redacted]): one for $2.95 on 3/9/2013, and another for $197 on 3/15/2013.I immediately called the toll-free number listed on my CC statement and asked that my money be refunded; there was no answer, just an answering machine. The next day I was sent a form email that did not address directly my request for a refund. Note that when I tried to access the download version of the training program, I received an error, so I never actually saw the "offer" cited in the form email. I decided to research the company to see if there were any other people who had had a problem with the company and came across several descriptions of the same problem.I also checked the Revdex.com website and found that there was a complaint that closely resembled my situation.I then posted a comment on the company's Facebook page; an admin. posted an exact copy of the verbiage in the email that was sent earlier that day. I posted another comment indicating I wanted all monies returned. This resulted in a refund of the transactions on the [redacted] credit card, but I have yet to receive a refund for the returned hardcopy vs. (I'm still due $69.95.)I'm posting this complaint because I do not believe that this is a case of bad customer service, but rather a company that is perpetrating fraud, and I want this info to be available to other consumers.Desired Settlement: I would like the $69.95 paid for the returned hardcopy version of the training program refunded. The package was returned to sender approximately two weeks ago.

Response:

Our records indicate that Mrs. [redacted] ordered both the digital and physical version of our hands off dog training course on 3/7/13 as she mentioned. After she submitted the order for those we present our customers with additional products they can buy from us. You can see the offer she was presented with here:

It asks if she'd like to try our Dream Dog course out for 7 days for $2.95. The page explains the following:

Pay Just $2.95 To Try It For A Week...That's right.

I'm so confident you'll LOVE my "Calm Dog Video Training Program" that I'm prepared to let you participate in the first week's session for just $2.95!So there's NO RISK!

If you're not immediately convinced after our first week together that this program will transform YOUR dog into your "Calm Dog" simply send me an email saying "No Thanks" and never pay another dime.

Or you can continue on for the full 8 weeks of "Calm Dog" transformation coaching and earn your Good Canine Citizen Award for the extremely low investment of just $197... an incredible value at less than $16 per lesson.

And a small but worthwhile investment in the 10-15+ year lifetime relationship you'll have with your dog!

Since we did not hear back from Mrs [redacted] to cancel her 7 day trial or let us know she was not interested we charged her card $197 on 3/14/13 as the offer indicates. On April 1st Mrs [redacted] called and inquired about the charges. We replied with the following email:

On 4/2/13 we refunded her for all charges except the $69.95 as we had not received the physical version of our course back in the mail.

On 4/10/13 we received that in the mail and processed her return of $69.95. I have attached the receipt showing it was processed.

At this time Mrs [redacted] has been refunded of all her charges so I'm not sure what else we can do. We have also responded to each one of her inquries in a timely manner and honored our no questions asked refund policy so I'm not sure why she's claiming we're a scam.

Review: I ordered The no touch dog training video online for$37.77 and was charged $197.00 tech support installed it for me because it was so difficult to download. While they had control of my computer I opened one tab and it seemed fine. A few days I could not open it because it wanted my password which was not initially needed. I kept trying to reset my password and it kept going back to the original screen I called tech support and my computer showed no such download although it shows the icon on my last window.. I have called the 888 number twice and left a message. I called the 208 area code an left a message. I emailed them twice plus filled out their form and have had no response their A+ Revdex.com rating is confusing because I think I have been scammed.Desired Settlement: I want my $197.00 refunded. I have closed that VISA account.

DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT. DO NOT charge my account and then in 7-10 days apply a REFUND. DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT. DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT. DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT. DON'T DO IT.

Do not charge my account and then at some later date offer a refund. Don't charge my account. Do not charge my account, I am trying to be clear here. Please, if I may, DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT. Charging my account now will mean you have to process a refund...don't [redacted] do that. Don't charge my account. I really hope I am being clear. CANCEL MY WHOLE [redacted] SUBSCRITPTION. THIS FORM OF UNDERHANDED SALES IS ABOMINABLE (look it up). What portion of this program I have started was actually working pretty good, but now I have been turned off to your whole stinking program. ?Do not charge my account. if your concern was dog safety and good ownership you would not be a "bait and switch" company. Don not charge my account. Only indecent, non-valuable goods need to resort to this underhanded type of sales tactic. Do not charge my account. Any credibility your program had with me just flew out the window. Don not charge my account. I can't wait to post this miserable rant on every site I can possibly find that offers reviews for you product. Don not charge my account.

Re: The Dog Training Secret (http://www.thedogtrainingsecret.com/)

Has a very misleading ad for their product. It looks as if you are getting a boxed set of 3 cd's and other assorted gifts for a price of $37.77. You're actually only getting the download version with no extras. You have to pay $69 for the advertised set. Though they claimed this is reported on the web page it is either not there or so convoluted that it is impossible to find.
