Review: I ordered tickets at 12PM. I tried to cancel the tickets 2 hours later because I could not pick up the tickets the same day. The office closes at 7PM. They refused to the refund the money. I understand that I would not be able to get a refund if I had picked up the ticket because these are concert tickets and they are being sold by a third party. But I haven't even picked them up yet. I spoke with someone named Caroline. She refused to give her last name or let me talk to a manager. I wasn't even offer credit for future use in place of a full refund. She was very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I would have accepted a credit for future purchases but I do not want to deal with this company again.
