This is in response to the email I received concerning my services that were cancelled by [redacted] on May 19, She called me as I was leaving a family viewing (pre-funeral) of one on by best friends mother in lawI usually always try to answer my phone when available to my clients even though it was well after 5pm that eveningI stated to [redacted] where I was leaving and asked if I could return her call as I would not be able to take note while drivingHer response was, "this is not a note taking call." She then stated that she and [redacted] wanted to cancel my services and use family and friends to help them on the wedding weekendI asked if there were other vendors that I had booked on her behalf and had been in contact with scheduling their weekend, that she was canceling as wellHer remark was no and that she had developed a relationship with all my vendorsI asked [redacted] to email me a notice to cancel my services, she requested a copy of her contract which I emailed to her when I returned home that eveningI have attached a copy of our contract for your review***'s complaint is filled with many untrue statementsShe fails to mention the many, many appointments that I fulfilled and the many phone calls where she and I had great conversationI traveled to Austin to the rental company, took pictures, text them to her so she was spared a drive across Austin when I was there on other business as wellThe vendor appointments set up on her behalf, vendor meetings to interview guitarist at my officeAnd I could go on and mention all the positives I saw and only one negative(the bride cancelling services, when we should have been working as a team at this point of the planning) I was totally blindsided by her and the angry way she has gone about trying to hurt me and my business! I emailed out to my vendors a statement that the bride and groom were going to move forward with family and friends on their wedding weekendThat is what [redacted] told me when she called meI needed to let my vendors know that I had been taken out of the pictureI have had conversation with each after the eventOne vendor has still not received payment for services and the tip check was unsignedAnother vendor was upset because they had reduced the cost of services because I was the event consultantThere was stress put on my vendors because of the way this couple handled the wedding weekend [redacted] and [redacted] cancelled my companies services with in the 30day non refundable time frameThis is why I did not respond to her request for a refundIt is my hope and prayer that she and [redacted] will have a successful marriageI have had 100% satisfaction up until this point

In response to [redacted] complaint [redacted] I worked with this bride for over months There was on going consultations, text messages, phone calls etcwith not only the bride but with vendors as well I have screens shots of text messages that are all positive I contacted vendors on behalf of this bride and set up many meetings as well as going to the wedding sites times to meet with two tent vendors and to look through the venues supplies on behalf of the bride.It is hard to read how little this bride thought of all I did on their behalf I had floral ordered which she cancelled and had agreed to via phone calls and email I order wooden boxes, which I could not return...which she said were what she wanted I had an assistant that [redacted] requested for wedding day that I had to cancel also.The vendors told me of their concerns at other events this summer I did not contact them!I'm not sure why she cancelled my services as I was working on all of her details as I do with other events here in Waco 1-weeks out things come together and I have always had wonderful wedding weekends This is my first bride to cancelled a contract and demand what [redacted] is doing I am so very thankful that my othe clients this year have been a blessing and not what I've been through with ***

I am rejecting this response because: The response from Thee Design does not provide evidence of services providedI terminated the agreement with Ms*** due to breach of contract for unfulfilled services just days before wedding day on 5/29/after several written concerns documenting that services had not been provided. Now that it has been so long since this business was paid in full, I am asking for a full refund from Thee Design plus interest.I am attaching e-mails that went without response as well as phone records to show documentation of contract breachI am also attaching a copy of the event agenda I put together since I did not receive support from this firm, further documenting the unfulfilled servicesI ask that the Revdex.com require documentation from Thee Design demonstrating that the services listed in the contract and verbally agreed upon at signing were fulfilledIf the documentation cannot be provided, I ask that my payment is refunded in full with interestIn addition, I would like to address the claims made in regards to payment of vendorsI contacted all vendors via phone prior to the event to confirm arrival timeNone mentioned lack of payment. I also have copies of all checks and credit card payments that were made to vendors, as well as contracts for their servicesNeither my husband nor myself has been contacted by any of our vendors asking for payment or alerting us that a tip check was unsignedMy contact information was provided to all vendors both on the checks and via confirmation calls prior to the eventI guess *** also shared that she was no longer coordinating our wedding, so I am unsure as to why a vendor would share this information with her without trying to reach meThese claims are and not relevant to the breach of contract dispute noted here.As one can imagine, terminating a wedding coordinator just before a wedding is not ideal and was obviously with causeIt is unfortunate that the owner of this business had so many personal issues that prevented her from coordinating the eventI am not looking for damages, only repayment with interest to settle this dispute

I am rejecting this response because:Thee Design did not plan, book, coordinate the event as discussed or promisedI sent frequent e-mail recaps of our phone discussions that did not have responses or follow throughInstead, I learned about family issues including a husband's kidney stones, a daughter running out of gas, and a mission trip instead of questions about planning a person event over days with served mealsI sourced and negotiated with vendors and ultimately coordinated the event despite empty promises to improveI created event agendas (attached), found and met with all vendors to screen them, and conducted communication to make the event run smoothlyBecause of this, I am asking for a full refund plus interest for the wedding coordinator who did not fulfill the statutes of the contract.This response fails to show specific details that the services provided were met in accordance with the contract between the business and clientPer both the written and verbal contract, Thee Design was to answer phone calls and provide wedding coordinationBased on the attachments listed here the evidence clearly shows that Thee Designs failed to provide basic wedding coordinationBecause neither of these elements were provided, the contract was breached. I am requesting a full refund plus interest in the amount of $2,as of todayRather than seeking damages, I am asking for a quick resolution of a refund for this full amount
