Review: I ordered a tool fro The Electrical Tool Store.com and paid $8.00 for 2-3 day shipping. It has been one full week and I still have not received it. When I try to call, all I can do is leave a voice message which I have done twice, once yesterday and once today. No one has called me back.Desired Settlement: I ordered a tool that I needed in a couple days which is why I paid $8.00 for shipping. I did not receive it so and no longer need it so I would like a full refund including shipping.

Review: I ordered electrical tools from this website on August 9 2013 for a total of $121.20 order #[redacted]. I never received the tools and have tried emails and calling several times to no response. I would imagine the website is a fraud.Desired Settlement: My order number was [redacted] for $121.20. Or if they are a legit company just send me my order.

Review: I ordered a 8-way coaxial cable mapper from the online store on 9/2/13, with the assurance that the product would be shipped within 2-4 business days (as it states on the website). It is now three weeks past the date that I ordered the product and I am still without the mapper, which I need for work. I have tried relentlessly to call and email, but Mr. [redacted] has not returned my attempts at communications. I feel that he has stolen this money from me.Desired Settlement: I want the entire $65.72 refunded back to me. I am not interested in doing business with him. Review: On July 2, 2013, I ordered $56.80 worth of merchandise from this company, online. With shipping costs, the total amount of my purchase was $76.56. According to the website, my order (#[redacted]) was processed on July 2nd and my credit card was billed on July 3rd. The website indicates that orders ship out within 24 hrs. I periodically checked the website to see what my order's delivery status was and the account was showing that it was still being processed. I would check weekly. I made three phone calls to the company and only got a voicemail recording from a Mr. Gilchrist. I left a message each time I called, indicating my concerns with my order and requested someone contact me. No one ever called me back. Review: On November 8, 2013 I purchased a pair of Croc's Wire Cutters from theelectricaltoolstore.com. On that same day I was sent a payment confirmation from that website confirming that payment and shipping charges had been paid.On November 12, 2013 the transaction appeared on my online bank statement.11/12/13CHECK CRD PURCHASE 11/08 PAYPAL [redacted] CA $32.21 I never received the shipment and thus attempted to contact the seller. I found that the phone number on the website (theelectricaltoolstore.com)([redacted]) has been disconnected. I have also sent emails to [email protected], and to date have received no response.Desired Settlement: I have no illusions that I will ever get this money back. However, I am certainly owed it considering I was never sent the product I paid for. The seller remains unreachable.
