At the time that *** *** ordered her tank top, we were out of stock. Our supplier was unable to provide the merchandise to fulfill the order. In an effort to ensure that the customer was notified that we could not fulfill the order, we cancelled it. She should have received
an automated email notifying her of this.*** was actually not charged for the shirt. When a credit card order is placed, the card is 'authorized' to be charged. In this case their was an authorization code for $24.90. However, we don't process payment until the item ships.I regret the difficulty in reaching me. This is a small business and on April first I was activated to military duty at Tyndall Air Force Base. I've been working long and odd hours and am without a phone or with access to email for extended periods of time. Hello my Revdex.com friends, I have responded to the customer and have provided a full refund to her PayPal account. I explained in my communication that I'm in the military and have been on extensive hurricane relief duty and therefore hard to reach.
I purchased two items 08/21/2016, as of 09/07/2016, I have not received my items. I emailed and left messages when I was able because most of the time the mailbox is full. I have not yet received a response on the status of my order. Please if you would listen, do not I mean do not purchase items from this website. It appears they only after money and also the URL is not a legit one.
