I placed an order on their website on 09 July 2020. After not receiving an order confirmation, but still being charged on my credit card, I reached out to the company through their website “contact us” link without a response. I also reached out via the telephone number listed on the site, but the call went unanswered. After some quick research, I noticed the company has changed names after receiving a large volume of complaints, and even under the new name, the issues of not returning messages and not delivering items continues. I would like assistance in either getting the item I ordered and already paid for, or having the order cancelled and refunded.

Hello I placed a order on 4-11-2020. The order was processed, I received a confirmation email, as well as the $95.20 was taken out of my account. It is now more then 2 months later (6-23-2020), and I have not received the product. I have called multiple times, left multiple voicemails, asking them to call me back. I have sent multiple emails, no response. I have since read the reviews and complaints. I wish I had read them prior to purchasing. I don't understand, how are they still able to operate if every single review is almost the same, extremely negative.

I ordered 2 items from the Footballhelmetsrus.com back in January of 2019. My CC was processed and charged imediately. I never received acknowledgement that the items had shipped. Repeated attempts to contact Footballhelmetsrus.com via their website and phone voicemail messages resulted in NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. These people are thieves and have absolutely no business integrity. They should not be allowed to operate as a business. Now it looks like they have changed their name to The Helmet King.com in an obvious ploy to avoid bad reviews and fulfilling past orders.

On January 30 2019 I ordered (order# ***) via the Footballhelmetrus.com website an authentic size Citadel college helmet sku#7000065 (sliver with blue "The Citadel" lettering on it) (their school away helmet) for $159.00. On February 12 2019 the order status changed to Shipped.
On February 15 2019 I received a Citadel helmet but it was white with the letter "C" on it, a helmet that I already had purchased from another vendor two years prior.
On February 16 2019 I sent an email to an Art Thurau with a picture of what I had ordered and a picture of what I received, not the same helmet.
On February 19 2019 wIthout receiving any instructions I returned the helmet to the address that was on the shipping package only to have it returned back to me. I've sent nine emails only to receive no response and subsequently investigated to find the registered agent and address to once again shipped the helmet on March 11 2019 to the address in Oil City Pa which was confirmed received on March 13 2019 at 10:10am.
I've sent the last email on April 6 2019 to Art Thurau indicating if I received no reply I would pursue further, thus my filing of a complaint with the Revdex.com.
I'm looking for either a refund or for the correct helmet to be shipped.

Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): I only received one of the two items I ordered on 1 Dec.

- 1 Dec 2018, I placed an order for 2 NFL Chrom mini helmets (Order #***)
- 12 Dec 2018, used their website to leave a message asking for status of my order...never received a response
- 19 Dec 2018, left another message asking for status...never received a response
- Sometime during December, I also called and left a message asking for status...never received a response
- 5 Jan 2019, I received 1 of two helmets; USPS tracking services indicates delivery of only 1 item
- 6 Jan 2019, I sent another message to the company to let them know I received one item, but did not received the 2nd item; I asked for status on the other item...never received a response
- Approximately a week later, I called and left another message...never received a response
- 4 Feb 2019, I sent an e-mail (and called and left a message) stating I still had not received the other helmet. I provided photo's of the item they shipped to me showing only 1 item, and that there was no way 2 helmets could fit in the box. I requested status or refund, and a response within 72 hours, and if I did not hear anything, I would call my credit card company to dispute part of the transaction and put a report into the Revdex.com. I did not receive any response.

I purchased 3 helmets from this company on December 19th for my son's Christmas presents. My wife called and talked to owner after the initial 7-10 shipping had passed and she was told they would be mailed out the Wednesday after new years which would have been January 2nd. I called again on January 23rd because we still have not received the helmets we purchased. The owner told me the issue would be taken care of the next morning and I asked that they be shipped quickly. We did not receive the helmets so I started calling the company last Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, MOnday and Today (February 5th) and no one will answer the phone at the company. I am starting to wonder if the company has gone under. I would like my money returned to me if the helmets have not been shipped. I have ordered from this company numerous times over the past 3 years.

I ordered two mini-football helmets on December 18, 2018 hoping, but not expecting, that they would be delivered by Christmas. When they hadn't been delivered by January 7, 2018 and were still listed as "awaiting fulfillment," I decided to send a message via the company's website requesting an update on the status as they items were not listed as out of stock, on back order, or with any other indication the order would not be fulfilled timely. I sent a follow up message on January 10, 2019 again asking for an update and requesting a refund should I not receive any indication of the status by January 18th (a month after placing the initial order). I have also tried calling the business during working hours to request a refund and have yet to hear anything back. While I understand the holidays can cause backups in production and delivery, more than a month without fulfilling a non-custom order or providing any sort of communication is unacceptable. After further research, I discovered the company has a history of similar issues including failure to deliver and non-communication. I typically do not file these types of requests, but I hope that my experience can serve as a warning to other consumers so that they do not do business with this company.

I placed an order with this company online. It was for a complete set of 14 mini helmets. The order was placed Dec 5th, 2018. Says it shipped Dec 15th, 2018. I checked the status of the order, says USPS hasn't received it. I emailed the business according to their website. No response. I called on Dec. 27th and the man tells me, he doesnt know what happened and that he will fix it. I call on January 3rd, 2018 and the man says they didnt ship it because they were a helmet short on the order but he said he was just going to ship the order as was and when the last helmet came in, he would send that separately, which he also stated that they would be receiving more of that helmet in 7 to 10 days. However, the rest of the order would be on it's way. Well, it is now January 30th and still have received nothing. Not a single helmet. I have called numerous times and now I dont get an answer. I have had to reach out to them on multiple occasions and not once have they ever reached out to let me know of any delays. I've given a sufficient amount of time to fulfill my order. I would love to have the order but I would rather just have my money back now and take my business elsewhere.

I ordered two separate mini helmets from this company. I received two identical helmets. I attempted to contact the company on several occasions and have received no response. My order was placed on 12/26 and today is 1/24.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a product that did not arrive after 3 weeks. I checked with the postoffice based on a tracking number that was listed with a label that was created and p.o. said the item never actually made it to the post office. I called the company to ask if he could verify if it had been shipped. I caught him in a lie and then he tried to cover it up by saying "oh, it went out this morning" (3 weeks after it was ordered). Then he said they were very busy and hung up before I could ask another question. When I tried to call back, he kept letting it go to voicemail. DO NOT ORDER from helmetsrus.com. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I ordered gumball party pack helmets on Dec 12, 2017 hoping to get them to be used for our business before Christmas. When they did not ship in time I called several times and left voice-mails and wrote e-mails. The e-mails they responded to but not so that had a clear idea of what was happening with my order. Never did get phone messages returned. When you call they are away from the phone, it seems they are always away from the phone. This is not my first order from them that this has happened. Did finally get my order and a refund for ones they did fill on the order (todays date 1/12/2018). I don't think I will be using this company again. Not sure how companies like continue to be issued a business license.
