I hired an attorney from this firm for a workman’s comp and disability case. This man told me he was filing papers, sending discoveries to the commission, filing complaints against the insurance company we were fighting against for over 2 years. He allowed the insurance company to stop my workman comp payments at least 8-9 times and stop my medical treatment for months at a time without reporting them even once to the workman’s comp board. While allowing my injuries to get worse and worse resulting in me needing 2 total knee replacement surgeries and only received one because he kept letting them play me time after time. Told me we were not going to hearings because he and the insurance company’s attorney had agreed to pay me the back money owed to me. It never happened. They were gonna fix both knees, only one got fixed before they were at it again. Then when I told him to file a bad faith case he emailed me empty files telling me it was copies of the papers in the files. Then told me his receptionist sent them to me. Then when I got fed up and told him to mail them to me, he claims we had a misunderstanding and he had never filed the paperwork. I filed a confidential complaint against him with the Supreme Court Disciplinary commission, but he mysteriously found out about it. Then he mistakenly sent me an email addressed to the insurance company’s attorney telling him, and I quote “she won’t listen to me, she’s accusing me of being on the side of the insurance company, and she filed a complaint against me with the board too”. “Do me a favor an see if you can get me a answer to the missing checks because I’m tired of dealing with this non-issue” unquote!!! One week later, the insurance company filed papers lying, and said I was back to work so they could stopping my checks again.Then when I confronted him about it and told him I wanted to see what he has filed to let the board know they had lied about me working to stop my checks again illegally. He sent me a flash drive and a letter saying he no longer will be representing me.
Can u believe that??? I called every office I could think of, no one would help me. I called ***, you name it, I call and emailed everybody. Then finally the Revdex.com told me to start here, then maybe someone will want to hear what happened. They tried to force me back to work, hurt by constantly stopping my checks, and my attorney allowed it every step of the way. Even after having a total knee replacement and needed the other one replaced. I was evicted from my apartment, I’ve lost everything I owned, and they are still screwing me over. So be careful who you choose to represent you, cause a lot of these law firms work against you, and you pay them for the pleasure. Think twice before you hire this one. Think long and hard about it.
