They boast 24/7 customer support. After you buy the product it turns out there's up to 24 hours wait tween each question. (They claim there's somebody working on the support Qs 24/7)
The Pro theme was defective for most the time I was using it despite repeated complaints about the inoperability of the scrolling function as well as the unresponsiveness of certain inputs. The interface is addled unless the browser fonts are set to default.
One had to finally get some code sent to do some things despite the 'no coding' necessary pitch. The Pro product is actually a limitation in that the great builder they brag about is unusable with any other theme while the component is seperate for the lesser product 'X'.
They don't offer to downgrade but advise one buys another license.
