Completely unethical business dealings. Made a commitment to purchase items, I incurred significant shipping cost, then they made a million excuses, delays, and ultimately refused to complete the transaction after making multiple commitments and after I incurred costs. Then tried to haggle. Truly unprofessional and unethical.
