Deserves zero stars! This is not a business! 100% scam! I ordered from a facebook ad and have never received my items. I have filed a PayPal claim in hopes of getting my money back.

I ordered from this business on January 19th, 2020 and nearly 3 months later have not received my order. I have one last email out to them asking for my tracking number. If they cannot produce one I will be asking for a refund and submitting a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. Based on the other reviews and complaints that all have had the EXACT same experience it is abundantly clear that this business is a scam or absolutely horribly mismanaged.

I ordered shoes on January 17th and still have not received them. I've asked for a status update and finally a refund with no solution yet.
I first ordered on Jan 17, my first correspondence after that was on Jan 31st via email asking where my order was, here was there response on Feb 1st- Dear customer,
We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
The package has been sent to the post office, it is currently in the transit and will arrive soon.
Sometimes the tracking information may be delayed during the busy season.
Once there is tracking number updated, we will send to you as soon as possible
Your kind understanding will be highly appreciated.

I emailed again on Feb 18th asking for at least a tracking order, their response on 2/19- Dear customer,
we are really sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.
We just contacted the post office, your order is shipped out. Due to the busy season of sales, the post office is really busy.
Therefore, the transportation is later than usual.

On 3/17 I emailed to tell them I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com their response on 3/18- Dear customer,
We feel sorry for the delay, would you please give us one more chance?
It's very upset for us to keep you wait too long, so we already asked the carrier to speed up proceed your order.
When it arrives in your city, the tracking information will update.

This has been a run around the entire time with obviously canned responses that do not address specific customers or issues.

I would like a full refund applied back to my visa in the amount of $25.40

I ordered $40.00 worth of shoes by clicking a facebook advertisement in January 2020. As of April 2020, I have no shoes. I have dozens of email correspondences asking me to "be patient" , that my "shoes are stuck at the post office and my shipment will be pushed". I was told a month ago they actually shipped and provided a shipping number. I asked for refunds several times and was denied.

Total scam. I ordered an item in January, 2020. I sent multiple inquiries over the next two months asking for a tracking number. I was told each time that the item had shipped but they did not have a tracking number for me (item shipped from China). At the beginning of March, I sent one more e-mail asking for a tracking number and saying that I would be disputing the transaction with PayPal if I did not receive one. I was told the same thing as in previous e-mails. In mid March I opened a dispute with PayPal saying the item was not received. Almost two weeks later, they magically provide a tracking number to PayPal, which shows item was delivered to my mailbox in February. How does that make sense? In March they couldn't even give me a tracking number. If the item had already been delivered by then, wouldn't they tell me that? At this point I can't even reach out to the post office because it's been over a month since the item had apparently been delivered. Be VERY cautious about ordering from them....

TheNewsSides has not delivered shoes, blames low inventory, and refuses to refund money after two months of waiting.
I ordered shoes - Thenewsides Women Knitted Twist Slip On Sneakers - on Jan. 13, 2020 and received an email confirming the order. The money was taken from my PayPal account. The company website says a tracking number will be provided via email when the item has shipped. Ten days after placing the order, I requested a tracking number, which had never been sent to me. I received the below response:

"Dear customer,
We are sorry for the inconvenience to you. The item was already prepared well and sent to the post office. You will receive the order soon.
Once there is tracking number updated, we will send to you as soon as possible
Thank you

On Feb. 11, 2020, nearly one month after ordering the shoes, I has still not received a tracking number or the shoes. I contacted the company again for an update and received the below response:

"Dear customer,
We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Your order was sent out while you know it's the busy season of both sales and post office, and sometimes the service is slow. But we are pushing carriers to handle yours firstly, the lovely items will arrive soon. would you please wait a few days more?
Thank you for your kind understanding.

I responded immediately and demanded a tracking number. I received the below response:

"Dear customer,
We are so sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
You order really has already been shipped out.
Bc there are thousands of items need to be packaged and sent out by turn. So it led the delay.
The tracking information will be updated a few days later,we will send to you once it is updated.
Would you please kindly wait a while?

After 7 weeks of no tracking number and no shoes, I requested a refund. I received this response:

"Dear customer,
We feel very sorry for the inconvenience,we tracked the package for a long time, while still no information, now we try to resend to you. However, the item was out of stock.
We have already asked the factory to urgently replenish the goods, I believe it will be restock soon, would you please kindly wait a few more days? or you can choose another item at the same price. please advise.

I again demaded a refund and received this response:

"The factory told me it will restock soon, so would you please kindly wait a while? I know you must feel very frustrated and disappointed about us, we will expedite to deliver it to you, thanks for your time."

After 43 business days, I have no shoes, not even a tracking number for the item. The company failed to deliver the item and refuses to return my money.

Refund of 27.66 to my PayPal account.

I would like to mark this complaint as resolved. After I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com, the business issued a refund. Thank you.

This business is a scam! Do not order from them!

I placed an order in mid-January and here we are, beginning of March, and I still have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails only to be told to be patient since the delivery is coming from another country. The business is here in California! I am so fed up and just want my order or my money back.
