Review: I ordered a t-shirt on May 1 and as of today, June 19, I have not received the shirt. Over the past month I have sent several emails, called and used their online contact form to ask for order updates and most recently to ask for a refund. I have not received any response.What is incredibly surprising is that I have ordered from this company before and received an email response to my first follow up on the delay in receiving the product. So I know this company does make t-shirts.Desired Settlement: My preference is to have the t-shirt delivered. My second choice is to be issued a refund.

In reference to complaint ID [redacted], the business has resolved the issue by cancelling my order and issuing me a refund. While it was not my preferred action by the company this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Thank you for your efforts in trying to contact the company. It was likely the reason the business issued my refund so I greatly appreciate it.
