Dear Representative at The Revdex.com, Thank you for bringing this to our attentionOur refund and exchange policies are listed on various parts of our websiteImmediately after an item is added to a customer’s cart, customers are notified of whether or not it is a final sale itemOur shipping and return policies are also available under the “Shipping & Returns” tab in the bottom navigationPlease refer to the attached document with screenshots for both of these instances where sale items are marked as final salePlease let us know if there is any additional information we can provide to help resolve this issueThank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I've attached three screenshots above.  I understand the concept of "final sale" - I added another shirt on sale on their website just so you can see the following.  I believe this shows my reason for this complaint:1.  nowhere does it say on the first screenshot that it is a "final sale" - just obvious that it's on sale and but doesn't specifically mention "final" sale2.  in the second screenshot, I've added to the cart and NOWHERE does it say "final" sale 3.  in the final screenshot, I sent a copy of my emailed receipt and NOWHERE does it state this is a final saleAgain, I understand the concept of final sale.  I would not have ordered this item if on any of my correspondence stated it was a final sale.  I wasn't informed of it being a final sale item until I looked at the packing invoice.  I don't understand why it would be hard to put "final sale" under the price, or even somewhere after you've added it to your cart.  Those are the reasons I find this very misleading and the reason am disputing this transaction.  It is very obvious "final" sale is mentioned nowhere.

Review: I ordered a shirt online. During the entire checkout process, there was no mention of "final sale" anywhere on the website or in my email confirmation - even the price on the top. Once I received the merchandise, the packing slip had "final sale" under the remarks. I called and was told there was nothing I could do.I feel this is very misleading...You shouldn't have to order to find out it's final sale. This brand is sold all over and I could have bought somewhere else and returned no problem - and it would have been clearly stated. I don't approve when online retailers do this to consumers and don't think it's right - if an item is "final sale" - it should be marked as such. I also asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and told there was no one else I could ask.Desired Settlement: I want to be able to return my item and get my money back...and at the very least, have this noted.
