[redacted] was kind enough to pass along the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com! I'd like to thank you for passing along your thoughtful feedback in reference to issue [redacted] First off I recommend that in the future you use the little ? icon at the top of the screen to request support and let us know that there's a problem with a surveyTypically our support team follows up on all issues within hours to ensure you feel rewarded for time spent taking surveys on our market research partners sitesThis is by far the best way for us to ensure you get rewarded for time spent- Additionally - if several users report the same survey we automatically pause it to ensure no one else has a poor experience. To your concerns:It sounds like you've had some trouble matching with surveysThis can happen for a variety of reasonsOur market research partners are often looking for very specific people (e.gmothers of children under who live in Wisconsin because they want to ask them about a new design for Pampers diapers)If you enter that survey and note that you use cloth diapers, they'll screen you out and send you back to us to find a new survey to completeWhen this happens you earn a screenout reward to thank you for your timeIt should always happen in the beginning of the survey but occasionally it can happen later in the survey (e.ga question may say please select "Somewhat Agree" and if you instead click "Strongly Disagree" it shows that you aren't paying attention and are disqualified because they can't trust your answers). We never discriminate based on race, income, gender, etcbut it should be noted that many market researchers have very specific quotas of people they want to talk to - often this represents the US censusIn this example let's say 70% of the US is Caucasian - if the survey was for completes, then the researcher would want of those to be CaucasianLikewise sometimes a survey might want males and females to answer it - if you were the 501st female, you'd be screened out as that quota is fullOur system is pretty optimized and does a pretty good job of trying to always ensure you're getting matched with the best surveys, but we always have room to improve. We recommend trying lower payout surveys as they tend to be looking for less specific people and are easier to qualify for to complete. One further thing to note - initially we asked you a profiler survey to collect anonymous demographic information like age, gender, income, etcWe use this information to match you with surveysIs it possible you rushed through that and selected wrong answers? If so, we would be matching you with surveys that don't fit you (e.gif you accidentally clicked that you make $200k/year we might match you with a survey looking to talk to people who make $150k+/year (maybe about BMW) - if you here answer honestly that you make $30k, you'd be screened out since you aren't who they are looking to talk to).- if you'd like we could reset your profile for you so you can go back through and answer the questions again.Hopefully that helps answer your questions and concerns! But feel free to ask anything else and we'd be happy to answer!Lastly please go into TheoremReach and try reporting a survey after you've had a problem with it and our support team will be happy to help out directlyI checked and it doesn't look like you've submitted any help requests - at least none with the email [redacted]

support and let us know that there's a problem with a survey. Typically our support team follows up on all issues within 24 hours to ensure you feel rewarded for time spent taking surveys on our market research partners sites. This is by far the best way for us to ensure you get rewarded for time spent. - Additionally - if several users report the same survey we automatically pause it to ensure no one else has a poor experience. To your concerns:It sounds like you've had some trouble matching with surveys. This can happen for a variety of reasons. Our market research partners are often looking for very specific people (e.g. mothers of children under 2 who live in Wisconsin because they want to ask them about a new design for Pampers diapers). If you enter that survey and note that you use cloth diapers, they'll screen you out and send you back to us to find a new survey to complete. When this happens you earn a screenout reward to thank you for your time. It should always happen in the beginning of the survey but occasionally it can happen later in the survey (e.g. a question may say please select "Somewhat Agree" and if you instead click "Strongly Disagree" it shows that you aren't paying attention and are disqualified because they can't trust your answers). We never discriminate based on race, income, gender, etc. but it should be noted that many market researchers have very specific quotas of people they want to talk to - often this represents the US census. In this example let's say 70% of the US is Caucasian - if the survey was for 1000 completes, then the researcher would want 700 of those to be Caucasian. Likewise sometimes a survey might want 500 males and 500 females to answer it - if you were the 501st female, you'd be screened out as that quota is full. Our system is pretty optimized and does a pretty good job of trying to always ensure you're getting matched with the best surveys, but we always have room to improve. We recommend trying lower payout surveys as they tend to be looking for less specific people and are easier to qualify for to complete. One further thing to note - initially we asked you a profiler survey to collect anonymous demographic information like age, gender, income, etc. We use this information to match you with surveys.
