Company sells faulty laser modules and does nothing to satisfy customers impacted by this
We purchased a Piranha FX with Laser Module about months ago for around $After about months of use the laser diedWe contacted the company about a repair and they said the turn around time is 2-days and they don't have many repairs so it should be quick turn aroundWe sent the laser in that dayA week goes by and nothing, they aren't responding to emails for updatesAfter days we couldn't wait any longer and bought a new laser module from a retailer for $After using the new laser we realize that for the last months we've had a defective laserThat we'd have no idea that was the case because the set up instructions and information included give no instructions about power or feed ratesThis incompetence cost us hundreds of hours of time where projects could have been completed in a fraction of the timeWe contacted the company and they offered us $off a sec
They provide software that does not work and is not supportedMy shop is completely down because they cant send the right software keys
I purchased the CNC Shark HD years agoWe paid ~$4k total for the machine when it was all said and doneWe were upsold the shark HD because of the touchpad capability for virtual machine zeroingOver time our machine quits working because the keys "expire"It has taken me a week to get a response from next wave, and every time they respond they send me the wrong keys and the wrong software (not which was ~$199)Their product fails all the time and does not do what it is advertised to doI cant BEGIN to tell how incredibly unhappy I amTheir customer service has ZERO attention to detail and makes no effort to fix the problemThere is obviously something wrong with my machine and controllerIt keeps having issues which result in me losing thousands of dollars every day that I am down!
