TheraPetic Reviews (%countItem)

I registered my dog as a service animal to help me leave the house more.. I have a friend who also did this but with a different company. I liked this companies reviews and bought the top package. First complaint was it was in USA funds and until you finalized the purchase it does not tell you. Second was the quality of the items were very poor once I got them. Especially compared to my friends package. It caused me huge anxiety spending so much money for something so poor. I purchased it late March. April 3 I messaged them on a refund. Twice. On April 4th I messaged twice again. First they said yes. We can refund right away. Give us your order number. Then they said we have to inspect your Items first so you need to return then. I asked in multiple messages (which I have) for a return address. No one got back to me. I got the courage to ask again last night. They said unfortunately it’s been past 30 days since my order so they can not help me. Then because I compared my items to my friends items they accused me of spamming and phishing them. This caused me a huge anxiety attack last night but with my families urging I am asking for help. I thought these companies were to help people like me but instead I feel victimized. I made the mistake of posting negative feedback on there page to warn others and due to my anxiety I worded everything wrong. Instead of reaching out to solve the matter knowing people who ask for these packages have mental health issues I was slammed on social media and made to feel horrible. I was very embarrassed and deleted my review. When you have anxiety you don’t always say or do the right things in the middle of an attack. A company like this should understand that. I don’t know what to do and this has set me back in my progress. I made a horrible mistake thinking a company like this was to help people like me.

In response to your letter dated on February 1, 2019, I write to respond to the complaint provided by ***.

On March 25, 2019, *** made a purchase of healthcare services and forms for $129.00 USD at which point she agreed to our terms of policy at https://***.org/terms. A product may not be purchased without reviewing and acknowledging our terms and conditions, which includes the Returns & Refund Policy.

On April 3, 2019, *** contacted our office to request a refund since she was not satisfied with the product. Due to the healthcare and liability information on the documents, we must have the documents returned for a refund to be rendered. As stipulated in our refund policy and shared with ***, Returns & Refund Policy:

Since TheraPetic fully guarantees its product and services, if you purchased an item that is not satisfactory to your expectations, you may return the item to the return shipping address found on the package for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase as evidenced by a postmark. We do not provide refunds on items that exceed thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

To date, we have not received any package or confirmation of a package being shipped back to us by ***. Anedotally, *** has been the only individual to request a refund due to the “poor” quality of our documents and forms. Our clients have never complained our the professional quality of our products. We had no problem providing *** with a refund; however, she exceeded the permitted time for a refund and has not sent the documents back to us required for a refund. Futhermore, *** shared that she worked as a professional reviewer of services and needed to experience the return and refund process to write-up a comparison of services with other companies. We had our legal team review the facts and *** had to remove her post since solicitation degrades our services.

*** accused us that her account had been disabled, which it has been active since March 25, 2019. Her service animal, ***, can be confirmed here: http://***.org/home/***. We have provided *** with services and have not received any return of products per our Returns & Refund Policy within 30 days of the postmark date. Furthermore, we have confirmation from our internal server logs that *** has been accessing her account and utilizing our services, even after she has requested a refund. At this time, we do not have any reason to provide a refund or any billing adjustment to *** since she has used our services and had not returned the documents according to the Returns & Refund Policy.

I appreciate your assistance with reviewing this complaint, and please note that we never received a phone call or missed email from your company at or [email protected]. If you have any further questions or need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Richard S

As indicated in our letter, *** misrepresentated herself. We have several correspondences (both on *** and in email) indicating our return policy. To date, she still did not send back our products, which is part of our terms and conditions as previously outlined in our formal response letter to you.I understand *** keeps raising concerns, but we were very clear with our communication that she needed to send the product back for review and refund per our return and refund policy, which she agreed to during the time of purchase. We do have several email responses and *** messages corresponding with ***. At one point on ***, *** indicated that she was a professional reviewer and was going to create a slander campaign for our services and product if we did not comply with her demands. Her behaviors were reported to *** for violation of their usage policy and *** did have the posts and messages removed. We are disheartened that *** was not satisfied with our product, but she had an opportunity to rectify a return and receive a full refund. She did not comply. We hope this information helps you understand that *** is raising unnecessary concerns. If you have any questions or need any clarification, please let me know.Gratefully,Richard SThe TheraPetic Team

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:no I’m sorry. Everything stated is false. I asked multiple times via email for a return address and was ignore (as attached). We both know a delivery address and return may be different. They only conveniently supplied a return address to me after 30 days. They told me it’s after 30 days now so they can’t help me now hence said product has not been returned. There were zero *** messages between myself and this company. As I stated I did write a personal review but I deleted it myself as I’m not a negative person and I felt bad. I’m not a professional reviewer. I did not slander and *** did not remove my review due to violations. I removed it myself. If *** did( per say) do all these things they are falsely accusing my account would be flagged and possibly suspended and there would be record of both. And there is nothing. There is no record there was no messages. I am surprised a company such as this that is to help the people would falsify what actually happened to try and save face. I asked for help. I was ignored until it was after there return date. I did nothing wrong and with gods help have moved on. Anyone reading this please look at any companies reviews before purchase. I wish I had. Lesson learned.
