Review: Dr. [redacted] is an excellent neurologist. He has been treating my son since almost 2 years ago. There's a problem with his staff. As sample, two months ago, my son ran out of medicine, that he needs every day. I called to the Englewood's office, I want to ask the doctor to call the pharmacy to order a refill. One of his female employees answered the phone, I wait 10 minutes, she never came back to me. I hung up the phone after one hour that she put me on hold. I have been calling the main number which is in JC, because I need Dr. [redacted] call the pharmacy to refill again my son's prescription, he has an appointment in two weeks. Also I need some information from the doctor in order to bring to the primary doctor, in order he can give my son the referral to see Dr. [redacted]. I spoke last week with another employee from JC office, she put me on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up the phone, I called back again. She was going to put me on hold, so I said that I was going to complaint against her, as soon as my son may see his neurologist. She promised to call the pharmacy immediately, I provided her with the phone number twice. Four hours later I called the pharmacy and I was advised that nobody has called the pharmacy from my son's doctor, in order to order a refill. However, I got few pills not enough, due to the pharmacist kindness. I still not able to talk to the doctor. He is aware about his employees. My son has pending a special test, the doctor has been asking his employees since almost 8 months ago, to call the center and make an appointment, and call after my son to inform what date he has to go for the appointment. Every employee promised to call, asked for a contact number to reach us, nothing has happened, and we have eight months waiting that his employees, comply, obviously they don't care. Most of this doctor's patients have same kind of complain. They are careless of professionalism and responsibility.Desired Settlement: The doctor should provide with his emergency personal contact number, when a patient needs to talk to him, when it's need it. To enforce that his employees get a warning every time when they failed to take care of his patients, which is always. I want the doctor to call me directly, my son needs his prescription a.s.a.p.
