I bought air purifiers at [redacted] and had to order my new filters from this company The first time I called with my order it went like it should have I received the right filters in a few days The following time when I called I was having a problem with the young man on the phone taking the order He didn't sound sure of himself, repeated the wrong item number to me, I corrected him then he sounded like he had it OK He didn't as I got the wrong filters In fact they were the ones he had quoted to me that I had corrected with him I took weeks to get someone who would listed, and send me the return label that they had promised me It wasn't until I ordered new ones that they send me a return label for the wrong ones When they received the wrong ones back, they finally credited me on my credit card
