I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10855514, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The e-mails were sent to their website as evidenced in the attachments. They were sent from my home laptopI do not have a printer at home so I was unable to print them outI did take a picture after sending the e-mailsThe 1st pic was taken on 9/17/at 8:48:PM, the second e-mail was sent 9/21/but unfortunately I cannot find the photo of it being sent; the 2nd pic was taken on 9/29/at 7:46:(the time/date stamp details are on my cellphone)After trying to call them from 6:30-7:pm on 9/17/to CANCEL our apptand there was no answer and no answering machine, I had to send them an e-mail canceling our appt and also let them know our frustration/dissatisfaction. The fact of the matter is neither of us ever received ONE PHONE CALL from them since July 3rdWe were told on July 3rd that the tattoo "would be drawn up and we would be able to see the drawing way before our appt"Free hand or not, we were told we would see a drawing "way before" and that never happened despite phone calls made to them trying to find out why. A cash, check or money order refund will suffice. In the alternative, I will proceed with having my attorney (whom I work for) file a small claims action and will then be able to provide the details on my phone of the e-mailsA Judge can then decide and I will ask that court costs be added on top of the $Its no longer about the money its now become about principal and the actions of a business owner. Though I do not believe in putting things out there via social media, I will provide a review to Yelp of this experience Regards,

We have sent that we did not receive any emails from them. If they would like there money back they can stop in the studio at anytime and pick it up.If they would have stopped in prior to this, this would have already been handledAgain, they can stop in at any point and pick up there money.Thank youTherapy Ink

When they both came in to schedule we talked about how their design may be free hand drawn with a marker to incorporate their exciting tattoos.  Just so it gets a good flow with what they originally had. Their original tattoos were not done by the artist at this place, so in ordered to make it...

look like one tattoo, they were better off getting something freehand.   At this time the artist had a counter full of drawings of people that had already scheduled and had appointments before these ladies.  We stated that it may be a couple weeks however it may be longer because we are very busy.  In the studio we date the drawings of when the persons appointment is and then place it in order of when their appointment is. When they called and his assistant answered we stated that he still had several prints in front of theirs and that it might still be freehand and they wouldn’t need a drawings. When they called and the artist answered he was tattooing.  He tattoos around 5 people a day, so to keep track of everyone that has scheduled months in advance is difficult when you are busy.  Which is easy to understand.  We never received any of their emails, which we have attached a picture for proof.  They never showed up to their appointments.  We require a 24 hour notice in order to receive their money back.  The artist then had to sit their and eat the 3 hours they had scheduled for their tattoos.  We never had any notice about their cancelation, if we would have got any noticed we could have handled the situation and got their money back to them.  However they never even stopped in, which most people do if they have an issue with their appointment time or date. 
Also to cancel an appointment via email is not the best way, as we have not had anyone cancel via email in years.  They have always stopped in or called. 
As a business we would never just take someones money, if we would have received any of their emails we would have worked it out and found the best solution. 
Also as this business we cannot just refund money back to a card, they never stopped in to resolve the issues they had,  They also never told us of any of these issues before contacting the Revdex.com.
