Review: In April 2013 I began to have trouble with my [redacted]. I called Theratronics since this is where I purchased this expensive therapy unit.The technician agreed with me that the machine was not functioning properly. He told me there was no loaner machine available at that time. He told me he did not have access to the part needed to fix the unit. It is now August 2013 and no loaner machine has ever been offered or provided. No attempt by the company has been made to fix my machine. I knew it was not functioning properly and all that was done by Theratronics is that they agreed with me that it wasn't functioning properly.. I received a bill for $246.10 for them to agree with me. No work was done on the machine, no attempt was made by Theratronics to repair my unit. I have personally called, spoke to employees, left messages, and wrote a letter regarding my bill and my complaint. I was told Liam would get back to me to discuss what could be done to resolve this. He never called. I knew my machine was not working and I am being charged $246.10 for a confirmation of this fact! They were aware they did not have loaner machines and also that [redacted] could not be repaired by their technician. I don't understand why I am being charged for no work, no repair, and no follow up. I provided Theratronics all of the information about what was wrong over the phone. I feel I am being unfairly charged for no service being performed.Desired Settlement: Repair my machine and not charge me just to agree that it doesn't work. A technician shouldn't have been sent out since they knew there was no loaner machine and they knew the tech could not work on [redacted] machines!
