There Is Only One John Litzo's Construction, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because: Contractor's written response does not make sense. Contractor will be in Mexico until Nov 15th. However, he is willing to repair all bad work when he returns. Everything he did was bad. I will let him attempt to correct the damage he did to my house and will then bill him for charges to a quality contractor to repair his work.

the cleaning and the drip system, she came and was annoyed and said she was going to do the step and cleaning another time because she had to give the landlord 24 hour notice, but the tennant even told me that she was happy with the step. I told her I had to check the the drip system and the timers for 2 weeks after, and that I  didn't need to go in the basement or the back to do so, just needed to look in the front to check on the plants and the system. She told me she didn't want me to come back to her house again. I left a message on her phone and I would be willing to come out anytime I get back to take a look at the plants.
