Review: Bay Window purchased 1999, seal is broken only on 1 side window. Description: Thermal Industries Bay Window 79 1/2 x 55 Low E. Under warranty need one of the side windows replaced all fogged up due to broken seal. Can you help me in this matter and how do I go about getting it replaced. Thank you, linda
