Marcus Adams, Thermal Marketing Systems does very poor and unprofessional work We hired him to put H*** Plank siding on our home, shingles on our roof and stone on our chimney The H*** Plank siding was not installed according to H*** Plank installation instructions, we had to have it all removed and paid again to have it replaced The roof has been leaking from day one and the workmanship on the stone chimney was very poorly done

I entered into a contract dated 11/12/2011 with [redacted] to make repairs to an existing [redacted] modified bitumen torch down roofing system that was poorly installed by some previous contractor. Before entering into this contract [redacted] was...

told the many problem areas that existed with the roof and that he will need to replace roof and that if repaired he will still need to replace it in the near future. PLEASE NOTE: This contract for repairs was warranted for one year as stated on the contract. Within the past year [redacted] asked me to make additional repairs to the roof for him because of new leaks in areas not previously compromised. I incurred over $800.00 in cost however made repairs for him free of charge in hopes of securing the job of replacing the roof for him at some point. All new leaks were in new areas of original roof poorly installed due mainly to separation of seams of the [redacted] and improper construction of curbs for aircondition and skywindows. I also entered into another contract on 7/30/2013 for several repair items to garage and frontyard, also with one yearwarranty. Upon completion of work [redacted] paid entire balance and was very satisfied with the job done. While working on this project over $400.00 of extra work was performed for [redacted] at no cost. To date [redacted] has not requested service or repairsto any of this workso if this is part of his concern or complaints do not understand thereasoning. The complaints by [redacted] to you are false and I believe in an effort to deface me and my company. The matter is at present being investigated by DCRA, [redacted] is the investigatorin charge of the case.
