Good afternoon, this is in regards to a complaint filed by *** ***, complaint #***
Went out to see *** *** yesterday, November 18thOrdered two pieces of glass for a Bow window that he was complaining of seal breakTook my manufacturer with me for verification
Glass will arrive in three weeksTold home owner to call me to remind me to pick it up, which he said was fineWill install it as soon as it comes in from my manufacturer
Just for clarification, the Bow window was originally installed in May of 2001, not 2004, like home owner statedPrice of Bow window installed originally was $1985, not $2800, as home owner statedI have the original signed work agreement for verificationEven though it is thirteen years old and the glass at this point is pro-rated on coverage, so it is past the lifetime guarantee, my manufacturer and I are still going to put it in for free, and the home owner knows that

I spoke to consumer on Friday and he understand that it has to be above a certain temperature This can’t be done until then and he understands that. Everything is all set with this now
