These windows were put in our house years agoWithin a year we were having trouble with them We have called, called and called some moreNo one would come out to look at them they just kept sending useless pamphletsFINALLY our builder got an installer to come look at them last weekWithin seconds of looking at them, the installer replied "That's a failed unit" on each windowWELL DUH!!! We've said this for yearsOur builder and my husband have talked with Thermal Windows today and they are not willing to stand behind their productI'm furious and quite sick and tired of thisIf you are going to advertise that your windows have a lifetime warranty than stand behind themI will not ever purchase another window from them and I plan to tell everyone I know about their product and customer service, or lack there of

I have used Thermal Windows, Incin my home and now in my rental until and am extremely please with the results They have not only greatly improved the look of my home and condo, but they lowered the utility bills considerably They also made my home very quiet even though my home backs up to a busy street
The installation was top notch and both times the installers were very detail oriented They showed up on time, worked very hard, were very nice, and not only cleaned up at the end of the day, they cleaned up as they went so there was no mess made! It is very rare to find a company that no only keeps their word, but exceeds it
I not only highly recommend the windows to my friends and family, but to everyone that I talk to!!!
