Purchased gift cards for thermal experience and hot stone massage in August of Looking to book appointments for hot stone massages on a weekend and they are not staffed to accommodate thisThey state that it is because they only have one therapist on staff that can perform hot stone massages and the spots book up so fast that nothing is available I have been trying to work with them closely since the beginning of February and every promise to have my call returned is broken Every promise to resolve the issue and get appointments booked have yielded no results Since they are not able to accommodate me, I requested to have my money refunded and gift cards cancelled only to be informed that gift card sales are final and non-refundable I feel this is unjust and unfair, and that my request for appointments on a weekend shouldn't be that out of the ordinary for a spa service
