Review: Poor quality in craftsmanship and service!!Desired Settlement: To have the poor craftsmanship issue resolved by correctly repairing( and checking for damage) caused by poor quality workmanship. The air conditioning system has been run twice without freon, leak could not be found in March when system was low on freon again ( recharged 1st time in 2014) or May 2015 when they looked for a leak with dye( screw left out of high pressure side of unit, in June system low on freon again!!! Dye and oil leak( several ounces) at location of missing screw on mount.
