Wrong diagnostic and proved with another Thermo King. They don't want to warranty their job and their customer service for this was really bad
On *** got into *** shop for freon leak and their diagnostic was internal leak and paid $***. On the same day 5 hours after I went to Thermo King *** and they found the leak externally and got it all fixed. I spoke to ***, the manager, who hung up the phone on me and telling to do whatever I want and also spoke to ***. *** also is asking not to go to their shop when all we are asking to have some consideration and reimburse a portion of their charges as they did not do their job properly.
Seeking for partiial reimbursement for their charges and ask them to be responsible for their mistakes
Customer was informed that there was still issue that needed to be addressed as soon as trailer was empty and that we could not locate leak at this time and that unit would require further repairs.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Their diagnostic: Internal leak" was incorrect because the leak was on the exterior of the unit on top of the unit. The leak was found by Thermo King in ***, *** 5 hours after their diagnostic. Thermo King did not check the unit properly to find the external leak and they charge for their wrong dignostic. I do not accept their response. In addition management was very rude with us when dealing with my claim.
Thermo King of *** stands by its diagnosis, and previous response. No refund will be issued.
